Technical SEO audit
Indexing, canonicals, sitemaps, robots, metadata, internal links, structured data and page speed, with a prioritised fix list.
I’m Gaurav Sah, an SEO and digital marketing specialist in Kathmandu. I fix the technical foundation, set up measurement, and plan content that people search for, for Nepali businesses and for startups abroad.
SEO is three jobs: make the site easy to crawl and understand, publish pages that match what people actually search for, and measure whether those visits turn into enquiries or sign-ups. Most small sites in Nepal skip the first and third, so I start there.
I prefer evidence to promises. I will not guarantee a number one ranking, because nobody controls Google. I will show you what I found, what I changed, and what Search Console and analytics say afterwards.
Indexing, canonicals, sitemaps, robots, metadata, internal links, structured data and page speed, with a prioritised fix list.
Verify the site, submit sitemaps, set up conversion events, and report on queries, clicks and enquiries.
Map how customers search, in English and where it helps in Nepali, to the page that should rank: service page, guide or comparison.
Plan and write pages that answer the questions people ask before they buy, with sources and real examples.
Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone details, local landing pages and reviews for Nepali businesses.
Clear entity information, crawlable content and direct answers so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite the site.
Search volume for most Nepal phrases is small, so the goal is the few searches that lead to business, not vanity traffic. Many Nepali sites are slow on mobile data, so speed matters more. Directories, LinkedIn and marketplace profiles often rank above company sites for “expert in Nepal” searches, so a profile strategy belongs in the plan.
Three-month marketing foundation for an AI startup: SEO research, WordPress blog and landing pages, comparison content, GA4 and Mixpanel, and an AI publishing workflow.
Website and technical support for an agriculture brand, with a PageSpeed SEO score of 100 on the delivered site.
E-commerce build for a pet-grooming brand, from storefront design to implementation and SEO.
Metadata, sitemap, structured data, llms.txt and Search Console on my own Next.js site, documented step by step.

Nobody can guarantee a ranking in ChatGPT or Perplexity. Here is a practical checklist, what the research actually shows, and how to measure whether it is working.
llms.txt is a simple file that points AI tools to your key pages. Here is what it is, why the evidence is thin, who should add one, and the exact structure I use.
A practical Next.js SEO checklist built from a real site: metadata, sitemap, robots, structured data, llms.txt and Search Console, with what I would still check next.
Pay estimates for digital marketers in Nepal range from NPR 15,000 to over 100,000 a month. Here is what each source says, why they differ, and how to find a number you can trust.
Gaurav Sah is an SEO and digital marketing specialist based in Kathmandu. He works remotely with Nepali businesses and startups abroad on technical SEO, Search Console and GA4 setup, content and AI search visibility.
Usually a technical audit, Search Console and analytics setup, keyword research, on-page fixes and a content plan, followed by implementation and monthly reporting.
No. Nobody controls Google’s results. I agree measurable goals, such as indexing health, impressions, clicks and enquiries, and report on them honestly.
I can make the site easier to crawl, understand and cite: clear entity information, structured data, direct answers and original content. Google says no special markup is required for AI Overviews; inclusion is never guaranteed.
Technical fixes can show in Search Console within weeks. Traffic from new content usually takes a few months, depending on competition and how often the site is crawled.
Email [email protected] with your website, your customers and what you want to improve. I will reply with what I would check first.
